10 Tips to Create Consistent Results (Without Having to Compromise)

  1. Have a clear, defined picture of the end result you want to create.
  1. Once you know your end result, work backwards to set key milestones that you need to make it a reality.  Use the milestones to help you stay focused.
  1. Get into the habit of breaking larger tasks down into actionable steps – no matter how small – so you can finish what you start.
  1. Find a way to delegate, automate or delete tasks that you find tedious.
  1. Routinely record and acknowledge your accomplishments, big and small (daily if possible.)
  1. Trust your inner knowing even when you need to seek outside help for your business.
  1. Stay true to your values, principles and standards as you take action.
  1. Simplify.  Simplify.  Simplify.  Especially your offers, your marketing, your business model, and your processes.
  1. Love, nurture, and stick with a core set of offerings that you can commit to marketing.  And then market them.  Marketing cannot be an afterthought.
  2. Track your numbers (including financials and marketing stats.)   When you interpret the data, and use it to inform your decisions and choice making and not as a reason to stop what you’re doing and create something new.

A Bit about me

For the longest time, I tried to downplay my engineer-like super-powers.

Now, as the Get-It-Done Facilitator, I combine my love of systems with my intuition to help Visionary Entrepreneurs create consistent results in their business without the compromise.

When I’m not making plans and analyzing patterns, you can find me cuddled up reading a book with an almond chai latte or sitting outside on my back deck enjoying the view.
